Th...I designed the body with a wide open neck area. Then I stuffed it leaving it very soft around the neck. I then used a thread to gather the fabric around her. When I sculpted her I made her upper chest and back a bit too so I had something to stuff into the body. I then added a bit of glue to make sure the fabric was going to stay.
